While ketogenic diets do limit your consumption of certain foods, they are not as re-

lots of tasty things to eat while staying true to your low carb eating plan. Don’t dwell on
the fact you can’t eat bread, rice, pasta, or cereal. Instead, think of all the new low-carb
foods that are waiting to be discovered and enjoyed!
